I understand you only use firefox only however the many security precautions I have almost the same and sometimes I face the same issue may be causing the plugin to have issues. I should have signed up long ago. You can try again with another browser or by clearing the cache in your current one. The browser is clean like a baby on a restart. Don't tell me that I have to disable my adblocker, tracking blocker and a lot of other security measures I made to my systems, like hostfile blocking etc.
I have tried it from my notebook and from my mobil. Not only the cache, everything is cleaned out via ccleaner so that absolutely no rests are there from a previous session.
